SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a busy parking facility in El Paso, TX. The role emphasizes friendly service, accurate payments, and smooth operations at the entrance and exit areas.

You will assist customers, answer questions, and ensure safety and efficiency in daily activities while upholding professional conduct and a neat appearance. Training is provided for location-specific procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience with customer-facing roles and handling payments is preferred.
• Familiarity with automated parking access control hardware or strong tech aptitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Ensure customers have a seamless parking experience and assist with payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of entrances/exits and support the maintenance team as needed.
• Handle in-person and phone inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.
• Monitor pay-in lanes and assist in day-to-day location operations.
• Resolve complaints independently or with supervisor support.
• Provide directions and information to customers and guests.
