As a frontline team member, you will maintain a clean, professional appearance, handle transactions, answer questions, and guide customers to their destinations. Reliable with excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software.
• Ability to work varying shifts including weekends.
• Valid state driver's license if driving company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless parking experience and smooth traffic flow.
• Assist customers with payment to automated revenue control equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Manage day-to-day activities at the location.
• Monitor parkers in pay-in lanes.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and be punctual.
• Greet customers and provide directions to destinations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
