Job summary

SP+ in El Paso is seeking a Mobility Specialist to assist guests with our parking technology and enrollment processes. You will deliver courteous service, enforce policies, and support operations across parking facilities.

The role emphasizes customer-first mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for growth as our technology platform expands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required.
• Experience in parking or customer service is a plus.
• Comfort using mobile devices (iPad, iPhone, Android).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in parking lots and garages, providing professional service.
• Educate customers on Metropolis parking technology and assist with enrollment.
• Promote positive customer relationships by delivering excellent service.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns confidently and courteously.
• Patrol parking lots and garages to ensure proper payment or authorization.
• Issue parking violations per company policies.
• Document violations using mobile devices with photo documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of parking areas and common spaces.
• Identify and report debris, hazards, or maintenance issues promptly.
• Sweep floors, collect trash, and empty receptacles as needed.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance such as cleaning, washing, or oil changes.
• Work independently and as part of a team; observe safety protocols.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
