Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software or high tech aptitude.
• Availability for special shifts; may include 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have a seamless parking experience and smooth traffic flow.
• Assist customers with payments to automated revenue equipment.
• Maintain professional conduct and deliver exceptional service.
• Assist in day-to-day location activities and audits as directed.
• Count revenue at shift start and provide correct starting total.
• Provide directions and resolve complaints with supervisor help when needed.
