Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software or high tech aptitude.
• Availability: 2nd/3rd shift and weekends may be required.
• License: Valid state driver’s license if driving company vehicle.
• English: Ability to read, write and interpret English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have a seamless parking experience and facilitate smooth traffic flow.
• Assist customers with payments to automated revenue control equipment.
• Deliver exceptional client and customer service.
• Manage day-to-day activities at the location.
• Monitor pay-in lanes and handle transactions.
• Maintain professional appearance and punctual attendance.
