The role requires a high school diploma, comfort with technology, and availability for varying shifts including weekends. You will be the face of SP Plus, delivering a professional experience and supporting operations daily.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software or a high aptitude for technology.
• Availability to work special shift requirements including 2nd/3rd shift and weekends.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record if driving company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless parking experience and smooth traffic flow.
• Assist customers in making payments to automated revenue equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and assist location management.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the facility and surrounding area.
• Provide directions and assist customers to reach their destination quickly.
