Responsibilities include daily revenue handling, customer service, and accurate shift reporting, with opportunities to assist during 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends. Join our team and help ensure reliable parking experiences across locations.

Qualifications

• Education/experience ranges from less than high school to up to 1 month related experience or training.
• Availability for special shifts; 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends may be required.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Mathematical ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide and make change.

Responsibilities

• Receive payment for parking services and facilitate gate flow.
• Count the bank at the start of shift to verify starting revenue.
• Collect cash and validations and secure cash.
• Issue receipts or tickets to customers and compute amounts due.
• Operate cash register and display transaction costs.
• Give directions to customers within the city.
• Handle lost ticket forms when needed.
• Resolve customer complaints with or without supervisor.
• Answer telephone promptly and courteously.
• Maintain booth cleanliness and area surroundings.
• Check inventory of work aids and supplies in booth.
• Record shift transactions and prepare shift reports.
