Job summary

SP Plus Corporation is seeking a Parking Attendant to help manage parking lots, direct customers, and ensure safety and order on site. The role requires basic education or limited experience, a valid driver's license if driving a company vehicle, and availability for different shifts.

Responsibilities include directing drivers to spaces, counting vehicles, issuing warnings for violations, patrolling levels, and assisting customers with parking questions. A uniform and punctuality are expected.

Qualifications

• Education/experience requirement: Less than High School or 1 month related experience.
• License requirement: valid state-issued driver’s license if driving a company vehicle.
• Shift availability: 2nd/3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.
• Language skills: read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Physical demands: stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location throughout shift.
• Write and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors.
• Patrol parking levels on foot or in motor carts.
• Assist customers who forgot where they parked.
