Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, seeks a Customer Service Representative - Driving to provide friendly, efficient service at our parking facilities. You will assist customers with payments and parking services, quote rates, and help keep the facility clean and safe.

Responsibilities include handling payments, guiding customers, resolving complaints, and supporting daily location operations while maintaining a professional appearance and prompt attendance.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software or strong tech aptitude.
• Availability: Shift requirements may vary, including evenings/weekends.
• License: Valid state driver’s license with current address and driving record.
• Math: Basic arithmetic for transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service at the parking facility.
• Assist in managing day-to-day location activities.
• Assist customers with parking services and payments.
• Quote rates for parking services and provide directions when needed.
• Resolve customer complaints independently or with supervisor support.
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility and entrances/exits.
