The role requires a punctual, neat appearance and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities include directing traffic, issuing warnings, counting vehicles, and maintaining security of cash while delivering courteous service to tenants and guests.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Less than high school or about 1 month related experience.
• Availability to Work: Shift variations may be required, including weekends.
• License: Valid state driver’s license if driving company vehicle.
• Language Skills: Read, write simple correspondence and communicate with customers.
• Mathematical Skills: Add/subtract, handle money.
• Appearance: Neat, clean uniform at all times.
• Physical Demands: Stand/walk outside in varying weather; lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Deliver quality customer service and process payments for parking services.
• Assist customers by answering questions and directing them to spaces.
• Count vehicles and maintain cash handling during shifts.
• Issue violation warnings and patrol parking levels as needed.
• Assist customers who forgot where they parked and provide directions.
• Control traffic at entrances/exits and report hazards or incidents.
• Prepare cashier shift reports and verify transactions.
