We require a high school diploma, comfort with technology, and a valid driver's license. Availability for various shifts including weekends is possible, with a strong emphasis on professional attire and customer service.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software or a high aptitude for technology.
• Availability for special shift requirements; weekends may be required.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Excellent customer service and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with payment to fully automated revenue control equipment.
• Help customers with parking services and maintains smooth traffic flow.
• Lead programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the day-to-day management of the location.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and present a professional appearance.
• Conduct garage and facility audits as required.
• Count revenue at start of shift and ensure correct starting total.
