Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Call Center/Customer Service or Accounting related problem solving.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and proficiency in typing and grammar.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume calls with courtesy to resolve customer issues.
• Provide solutions to retain customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with customers using web-based tools and maintain data accuracy.
