Job summary

SP+ in El Paso is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure a seamless parking experience and assist the maintenance team in keeping entrances and exits clean. You will handle payments, deliver outstanding customer service, and help manage day-to-day operations at the location.

Ideal candidates should have a High School Diploma, comfort with automated parking tech, and flexibility for varying shifts, including weekends. A valid driver’s license may be required for company duties.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software or high tech aptitude.
• Availability for special shift requirements; weekends may be required.
• Valid state driver's license if driving company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have a seamless parking experience and expedite traffic flow through the facility.
• Assist customers in making payments to automated revenue control equipment.
• Del iver exceptional client and customer experiences.
• Assist in day-to-day management of the assigned location.
• Monitor parkers in pay-in lanes.
• Maintain professional conduct and a neat appearance at all times.
• Be willing to help customers who forgot where they parked.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Conduct garage and facility audits as required by management.
• Count revenue at the start of shift to verify starting total.
