SP+ Corporation is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Houston, TX. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service for a checkout-free parking experience and supporting maintenance at entry/exit points. You will handle payments, guide customers, and maintain a clean, safe facility.

Flexibility in shifts and a strong emphasis on professional conduct are required. Prior experience with parking systems or tech aptitude is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or cashier roles is preferred and must communicate clearly in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional tech aptitude is a plus.
• Ability to work varied shifts; 2nd/3rd shift/weekends may be required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required if driving company vehicles is part of duties.
• Basic math skills for making change and handling payments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have a seamless parking experience and facilitate traffic flow through the facility.
• Assist customers in making payments to automated revenue control equipment.
• Deliver an exceptional client and customer experience.
• Assist in day-to-day operations of the assigned location.
• Monitor patrons in pay-in lanes; resolve complaints with supervisor assistance if needed.
• Present a professional appearance and attire; arrive on time for shifts.
