Job summary

SP+ in Aurora, CO is hiring a parking enforcement officer. You will monitor streets and lots to ensure compliance with parking policies while providing customer service and issuing citations as needed. The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to work in all weather, and the stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.

The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour. SP+ offers eligible benefits and emphasizes safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work in all weather conditions for extended periods.
• Excellent customer service and the ability to communicate clearly.
• Knowledge of parking regulations and enforcement procedures.
• Must be 18 years of age or older at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Monitor streets, lots, garages and campuses to ensure parking policy compliance.
• Provide customer service by answering questions about directions, events, and policies.
• Issue citations and warnings, impound, boot or relocate vehicles as directed.
• Assist maintenance staff with parking equipment and facility upkeep.
• Support event staff with parking for events and lot usage control.
• Assist office staff with permit sales data entry and frontline service.
• Other related duties as assigned.
