Zusammenfassung

SP+, a Metropolis Company, seeks a Parking Enforcement Officer - Driving to monitor streets and lots for policy compliance. You will issue citations, assist with meters and pay stations, and support event parking operations in a dynamic environment.

You will engage customers, manage field equipment, and work with maintenance and office staff during peak seasons. A valid driver’s license and the ability to work in varied weather are required.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of geography of the area enforced
• Ability to identify hazards and safety precautions
• Ability to use a hand held computer
• Ability to operate a motorized vehicle or bicycle
• Ability to understand and apply parking regulations
• Ability to interact with others in a courteous and tactful manner
• Ability to walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Must be 18 years of age or older at time of hire

Aufgaben

• Monitor designated streets, lots, garages, other public areas and/or an entire campus to ensure compliance with parking policies.
• Provide customer service by answering questions regarding directions, events, building locations and parking policies.
• Issue citations and warnings for non-compliance with a computerized hand held computer or manual tickets.
• Impose impound, boot or relocate vehicles as directed.
• Assist maintenance staff with parking equipment and facility upkeep and maintenance.
• Assist event staff with parking for events, traffic control and lot usage.
• Assist in permit sales data entry and frontline customer service during peak seasons.
• Other related duties as assigned.
