LAZ Parking is seeking a Parking Enforcement Officer in Aurora, CO to ensure safe, compliant, and accessible parking facilities. The role combines enforcement duties with customer service, documentation, and daily operational support across various facilities.

Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist within a national leader. The position is full-time, non-exempt, and requires standing, walking, and outdoor work across shifts.

Responsabilités

• Patrol assigned parking facilities and surrounding areas.
• Monitor vehicles for compliance with parking regulations, permits, restrictions, and payment requirements.
• Issue citations accurately and consistently in accordance with company guidelines.
• Verify vehicle, permit, and payment information.
• Document violations and enforcement activity using assigned technology and equipment.
• Follow established procedures regarding towing and other enforcement-related actions.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and daily activity logs.
• Support compliance initiatives and operational enforcement programs.
• Assist customers with parking-related questions and concerns.
• Clearly explain parking regulations, citations, and facility procedures.
• Provide directions and general parking information.
• Maintain professionalism during difficult interactions.
• Escalate issues appropriately when additional assistance is required.
• Promote positive customer relations.
