SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking an Enforcement Officer in Highlands Ranch, CO. This role involves monitoring streets and parking facilities to enforce policies and provide customer service to parkers.

Responsibilities include issuing citations, aiding maintenance, and supporting event and permit operations. The position requires outdoor work in all weather and the ability to work shifts, including potential evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the area's geography and parking rules.
• Ability to operate a motorized vehicle or bicycle.
• Comfort with using handheld scanning devices.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Must be 18 years or older at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Monitor streets, lots, garages, and campuses for policy compliance.
• Provide customer service and answer questions about directions and policies.
• Issue citations or warnings with handheld or manual tickets; impound/relocate vehicles as directed.
• Support maintenance with parking equipment and facility upkeep.
• Assist in revenue collection from meters and pay systems.
• Support events and permit sales activities as needed.
• Perform other duties and maintain safety.
• Enforcement Officers are not police.
