Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is hiring a Parking Enforcement Officer in Highlands Ranch, CO. The role involves patrolling designated areas to ensure parking policy compliance and providing frontline customer service.

You will issue citations, assist with equipment maintenance, and support event parking operations. Applicants must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older at time of hire.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and clean record.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in all weather.
• Ability to operate a handheld computer.
• Knowledge of parking regulations and local geography.
• Ability to interact with others in a courteous, tactful manner.
• Ability to walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work varying shift requirements including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor streets, lots, garages, and campuses to ensure parking policy compliance.
• Provide customer service and answer questions about directions, events, and parking policies.
• Issue citations or warnings; impound, boot, or relocate vehicles as directed.
• Assist maintenance with parking equipment and meters; basic repairs as needed.
• Assist with permit sales data entry and frontline customer service during peak seasons.
• Support event staff with parking for events and traffic control.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
