Job summary

Carowinds in Huntersville, NC is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to supervise merchandise and games across park locations. You will drive sales, monitor inventory and lead seasonal teams to maintain top guest experiences.

The role requires 3–5 years in large-scale retail management, with a focus on fast-paced environments, teamwork and initiative. A strong understanding of budgeting, merchandising and POS systems is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years related experience in large scale retail operations management.
• Amusement park or similar experience preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks and adhere to safety policies.
• Strong leadership, initiative and multi-tasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination and implementation of retail operations park-wide.
• Supervise seasonal staff, schedule work and manage promotions.
• Develop and evaluate pricing, inventory and product programs.
• Ensure high standards of guest service and visual presentation.
• Monitor budgets, labor and revenue, and report variances.
