Carowinds seeks an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee all retail departments, optimize inventory, and adapt to guest buying behavior. You will supervise seasonal managers and associates, drive sales, and ensure exceptional guest service while pursuing continuous improvement.

The role requires strong self-motivation, leadership, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and time effectively in a dynamic park environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years related experience in large scale retail operations management.

Responsibilities

• Manages planning, coordinating and implementing retail operations across the Park.
• Supervises seasonal staff, including planning and scheduling.
• Implements pricing strategies and monitors inventory and profitability.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, safety and quality standards.
• Delivers professional presentations and communicates with park stakeholders.
