Job summary

Kids Empire is seeking a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations, supervise staff, handle guest relations, and ensure safety and efficiency. You will train and audit staff, manage check-in and payments, and coordinate family events in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a willingness to work weekends and holidays and interact with children and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Good communication skills, customer service skills, and conflict resolution skills.
• Leadership skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Prioritizing guest satisfaction and continuously improving services.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and make them feel comfortable.
• Supervise staff to meet production and service goals.
• Assist Park Manager with training, development, and auditing.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Audit schedules and seek Park Manager approval.
• Open/close the park using keys or a code.
• Communicate guest or employee issues to Park Manager.
• Manage guest check-in and liability waivers via iPad.
• Process payments at front desk and balance cash flow.
• Verify billing transactions on POS.
• Organize and stock snacks and drinks.
• Monitor for hazards and enforce park rules.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and park structures.
• Schedule and coordinate family events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
