Job summary

Kids Empire US LLC is seeking a Park Assistant Manager to supervise daily park operations and ensure a safe, enjoyable guest experience. You will lead staff, train and audit procedures, and resolve guest questions while maintaining high service standards.

You will manage check-in, cash handling, and POS, and coordinate family events. A strong emphasis on safety and guest satisfaction is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to interact with children and families.
• Operate an iPad and handle guest information.
• Strong communication, customer service and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily park operations and guest experience.
• Supervise staff to meet service and production goals.
• Assist Park Manager with training and audits.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Handle check-in, liability waivers, and guest data entry.
• Manage cash flow and POS transactions with accuracy.
• Coordinate family events and assist event operations.
