Kids Empire is seeking a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations, supervise staff, and ensure a safe, enjoyable guest experience. You will collaborate with the Park Manager to train, audit, and maintain high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities include guest check-ins, POS handling, inventory, safety enforcement, and coordinating family events. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Strong communication, customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational abilities.
• Make effective decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Prioritize guest satisfaction and continuously improve services.
• Commitment to safety and emergency preparedness.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests quickly, greet them, and make them feel comfortable in the park.
• Supervise employees to meet production goals and quality.
• Assist the Park Manager with training, development and auditing.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Audit schedules and obtain Park Manager approval.
• Open/close the park using keys or code.
• Communicate issues to the Park Manager.
• Process guest check-ins and collect required information.
• Handle front counter cash, POS transactions, and give exact change.
• Ensure accurate billing transactions on the POS.
• Organize snacks, beverages, and stock inventory.
• Walk floor to enforce safety rules and guest conduct.
• Keep restrooms clean and park structures sanitized.
• Schedule and coordinate family events, and support event ops.
• Other duties as assigned.
