Job summary

Kids Empire seeks a Park Manager to supervise staff, greet guests, and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for families. You will schedule, hire, train, and evaluate employees; manage check-in, payments, and vendor coordination; and maintain smooth park operations with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, and can work weekends in a dynamic environment with children of all ages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Able to interact with children and families.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Leadership and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend guests promptly, greet them, and ensure they feel welcome.
• Supervise park employees and meet production goals.
• Create weekly staff schedules and audit attendance/timecards.
• Hire qualified employees for park positions.
• Conduct evaluations and assess staff performance.
• Train team members on essential duties.
• Open/close park and manage access control.
• Oversee check-in, liability waivers, and guest information collection.
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately.
• Coordinate party bookings and vendor relations.
• Ensure safety and adherence to park rules throughout the facility.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with vendors for snacks and supplies.
• Communicate with corporate teams through proper channels.
• Lead weekly team meetings and performance reviews.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
