Kids Empire US LLC is seeking a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations, supervise staff, and ensure a safe, enjoyable guest experience. You will handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate check-in with an iPad while maintaining accurate billing at the front desk.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, safety, and teamwork, with opportunities to train staff, audit schedules, and assist the Park Manager in operations and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Attending to guests as quickly as possible, greeting them accordingly, and making them feel comfortable in the ambiance of the park.
• Supervises employees to ensure they perform their job duties satisfactorily and achieve production goals.
• Assist the Park Manager with training, developing, and auditing.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among park staff.
• Audit schedules and requests needed approval from the Park Manager.
• Opens and closes the park using keys or a code.
• Communicate any guest or employee issues to the Park Manager.
• Operating the check-in process by having guests sign the liability waiver and collect guest information via an iPad.
• Handle billing transactions at the front counter and ensure accurate cash handling and POS accuracy.
• Organize the snack and beverage inventory and coordinate replenishment with vendors.
• Walk the floor to ensure safety compliance and guests follow park rules.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures.
• Schedule and coordinate family events and assist events operation.
• Other duties as assigned.
