Kids Empire seeks a Park Manager to supervise staff, ensure guest satisfaction, safety, and smooth daily operations at our park. You will greet guests, resolve complaints, manage check-in, and coordinate birthday parties and vendor requests with a focus on top-notch service.

Responsibilities include scheduling, attendance audits, hiring qualified staff, training teams, and leading performance evaluations. Strong leadership and communication are essential in a fast-paced, family-friendly setting.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Strong communication, customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Leadership skills and strong conflict resolution skills.
• Work independently.
• Read and write in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests quickly and greet them to create a welcoming park ambiance.
• Supervise staff performance and achieve production goals.
• Create weekly schedules and audit attendance, timeclocks.
• Hire qualified employees for park positions.
• Handle terminations, resignations, and job abandonment professionally.
• Conduct performance evaluations and park assessments.
• Train team members on key duties.
• Open and close the park using keys or a code.
• Manage check-in process and collect guest information on an iPad.
• Operate front cash counter and manage cash flow with accurate transactions.
• Ensure snacks and drinks are stocked and inventory is up to date.
• Oversee birthday party bookings and park events with guest satisfaction in mind.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and communicate with corporate teams.
• Monitor safety hazards and enforce park rules and guidelines.
• Clean and sanitize park facilities.
