Job summary

Kids Empire OH LLC is seeking a Park Manager to supervise daily park operations, guide staff, and ensure an excellent, safe guest experience. You will greet guests, manage schedules, hire and train team members, and resolve guest and employee issues while maintaining smooth front-desk and POS processes.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work weekends and holidays and to interact with families and children of all ages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Work weekends and holidays
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.

• Read and write in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests promptly and make them feel comfortable.
• Supervise park employees and ensure production goals.
• Create weekly schedules and audit attendance.
• Hire qualified employees for park positions.
• Handle employee relations including terminations and resignations.
• Conduct performance evaluations and park assessments.
• Train team members to perform key duties.
• Open/close the park and manage access.
• Manage check-in, liability waivers, and guest data entry.
• Operate POS and cash handling processes accurately.
• Monitor inventory and vendor orders.
• Oversee event bookings and birthday parties.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and corporate teams.
• Ensure safety rules are followed and hazards are addressed.
• Oversee snack inventory and supply orders.
• Lead weekly meetings and cross-team communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
