Kids Empire seeks a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations, supervise staff, and uphold safety and guest satisfaction. You will manage check-in, payments, and inventory while coordinating family events and maintaining a high service standard.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Good communication, customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong organizational abilities.
• Make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Prioritize guest satisfaction and improve services.
• Commitment to safety and emergency preparedness.
• Work independently and read/write English.

Responsibilities

• Attend guests quickly, greet them, and create a welcoming park atmosphere.
• Supervise staff to meet production and service goals.
• Assist Park Manager with training, development, and audits.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment among staff.
• Open/close park and manage daily operations.
• Handle guest check-in, liability waivers, and data collection via IPad.
• Operate the front counter, process payments, and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Organize snacks, inventory, and vendor reorders.
• Monitor safety, enforce park rules, and address issues promptly.
• Coordinate family events and support events operations.
