Kids Empire is seeking a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations, supervise staff, and ensure a safe, enjoyable visitor experience. You will handle guest relations, training, scheduling, and POS transactions, while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

This role requires strong customer service, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to work weekends and holidays and interact with families and children of all ages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Leadership and organizational abilities.
• Makes decisions in fast-paced settings.
• Focus on guest satisfaction and continuous service improvement.
• Commitment to safety and emergency preparedness.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist guests, making them feel welcome in the park environment.
• Supervise staff to meet performance goals and quality standards.
• Assist Park Manager with training and auditing of procedures.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture among park employees.
• Open and close the park using keys or code, and manage daily operations.
• Communicate guest or staff issues to the Park Manager.
• Handle check-in and liability waivers, and collect guest information via IPad.
• Manage front counter transactions and ensure accurate POS billing.
• Maintain park concessions area and stock snacks and beverages.
• Walk the floor to monitor safety and enforce attendance rules.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and park facilities.
• Plan and coordinate family events and ensure smooth event operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
