The role involves managing check-in, cash handling, and front desk billing, while addressing guest questions and resolving issues. A strong focus on safety and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Experience working with children.
• Proficiency with iPad.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Leadership and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests promptly and ensure comfort.
