Job summary

Kids Empire is seeking a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations, supervise staff, and ensure a safe, enjoyable guest experience. You will coordinate front-desk activities, payments, and guest information via iPad, while upholding safety standards.

You will support the Park Manager with training, audits, and event coordination, and you’ll interact with families and children of all ages in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires strong guest service and safety mindset, with ability to supervise staff and resolve issues.
• Ability to train, develop, and audit operations alongside Park Manager.
• Must interact with families and children of all ages, maintaining professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests promptly and make them feel welcome.
• Supervise employees to meet production and service goals.
• Assist the Park Manager with training, development, and audits.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment for staff.
• Open/close park and manage access control.
• Handle guest and employee issues and communicate with the Park Manager.
• Manage check-in, liability waivers, and guest information collection via iPad.
• Operate front counter and POS to handle transactions accurately.
• Organize snacks and inventory, restock as needed.
• Monitor floor for safety and enforce park rules.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and park structures.
• Coordinate family events and support operations.
