Job summary

Kids Empire is seeking a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations, supervise staff, and uphold top guest service standards. You will resolve guest questions, manage check-in via iPad, and assist the Park Manager with training and audits.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends with families and children of all ages, while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Weekend and holiday availability is expected.
• Able to work with children and families.
• Must operate an iPad for guest check-in.
• Good communication, customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrates leadership and strong organizational ability.
• Decision making in a fast-paced environment is essential.
• Focus on guest satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests promptly, greet them, and create a welcoming vibe.
• Supervise staff to meet targets and maintain service quality.
• Assist Park Manager with training, development, and audits.
• Foster a positive, collaborative staff environment.
• Audit schedules and obtain Park Manager approvals.
• Open and close the park using keys or code.
• Communicate guest or employee issues to the Park Manager.
• Oversee check-in via iPad, collect guest data and waivers.
• Process billing at POS and provide exact change when needed.
• Manage snack/fridge inventory and reorder stock.
• Conduct floor walks to enforce rules and safety.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures.
• Schedule and coordinate family events, ensuring smooth operation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
