Job summary

Kids Empire is seeking a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations and guest experience. You will supervise staff, manage check-in processes on iPad, and ensure safety and high customer service standards in a family-friendly environment.

• Proven leadership and staff supervision capabilities.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills required.
• Ability to train, develop, and audit park staff.
• Comfort with iPad-based processes and POS/billing workflows.
• Commitment to safety, emergency readiness, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly, make them feel welcome, and ensure a positive park experience.
• Supervise staff to meet performance and production goals.
• Assist Park Manager with staff training, development, and audits.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment for park staff.
• Review schedules and obtain Park Manager approvals as needed.
• Open and close the park using keys or code.
• Communicate guest or employee issues to Park Manager.
• Handle guest check-in via iPad, collect liability waivers and information.
• Operate front desk cash handling and POS transactions accurately.
• Ensure snack/beverage inventory is stocked and reordered.
• Walk floors to monitor safety and enforce park rules.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and park structures.
• Coordinate and support family events and park operations.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
