Job summary

Kids Empire seeks a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations, supervise staff, and ensure a safe, enjoyable guest experience. You will be the liaison between guests and the park, address questions, resolve complaints, and maintain high service standards while interacting with families and kids.

You will assist with training, scheduling, safety protocols, and ensure attendance rules are followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad for attendance and data entry.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Leadership and organizational abilities.
• Make decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests quickly, greet them, and ensure they feel welcome.
• Supervise staff to meet production and service goals.
• Assist Park Manager with training, development, and auditing.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment among park staff.
• Audit schedules and obtain approval from the Park Manager.
• Open and close the park using keys or codes.
• Report guest or employee issues to the Park Manager.
• Manage check-in and liability waivers via iPad; collect guest data.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately; provide correct change.
