Job summary

Kids Empire seeks a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations, supervise staff, and ensure a safe, enjoyable guest experience. You will support the Park Manager with training, audits, and events while maintaining high service standards for families and children.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing front desk operations, cash handling, inventory, and enforcing safety guidelines. Candidates must be able to work weekends and holidays and communicate effectively in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad for guest check-ins and data collection.
• Strong communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Prioritize guest satisfaction and continuously improve services.
• Commitment to safety and emergency preparedness.
• Ability to work independently and read/write in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming park atmosphere.
• Supervise staff to meet daily targets and quality standards.
• Assist Park Manager with training, development, and audits.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment for the team.
• Audit schedules and obtain Park Manager approvals as needed.
• Open/close the park using keys or codes.
• Communicate guest or employee issues to the Park Manager.
• Process guest sign-ins and liability waivers on an IPad, collect information.
• Handle front desk cash transactions and POS billing accurately.
• Maintain snack area, inventory, and vendor replenishment.
• Monitor floor for safety hazards and enforce park rules.
