Job summary

Kids Empire is seeking a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations, ensure guest safety, and deliver high-quality service. You will supervise staff, manage check-ins, and support the Park Manager with training and audits.

You’ll lead a positive team, manage schedules, and enforce safety standards while coordinating events and maintaining park amenities for families and children.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Strong communication, customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational abilities.
• Ability to make fast, effective decisions in a busy environment.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction and safety.
• Work independently.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests quickly, greet them, and make them feel welcome.
• Supervise employees to meet production goals and standards.
• Assist Park Manager with training, development, and audits.
• Foster a positive, collaborative park environment.
• Audit schedules and obtain Park Manager approval.
• Open/close the park using keys or a code.
• Report guest or staff issues to the Park Manager.
• Manage guest check-in and liability waivers via iPad.
• Handle front counter payments and exact change for cash.
• Verify billing accuracy on POS transactions.
• Organize snacks, drinks, and ice cream stock.
• Monitor safety and park rules on the floor.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize park structures.
• Schedule family events and help events run smoothly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
