Kids Empire is seeking a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations, ensure safety, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise staff, implement procedures, and serve as the main liaison between guests and the park.

The role requires interaction with families and children, training and auditing staff, managing check-in, billing, inventory, and maintaining high standards of service in a lively, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure they feel welcome and safe.
• Supervise employees to meet production goals.
• Assist Park Manager with training, development, and auditing.
• Foster positive park staff collaboration.
• Open/close park and manage access.
• Handle guest and employee issues with Park Manager.
• Oversee guest sign-in, liability waivers, and data collection via iPad.
• Manage front desk cash handling and POS transactions.
• Maintain snack inventory and vendor restocking.
• Monitor floor for safety and compliance with rules.
• Clean and sanitize park facilities.
• Plan and coordinate family events.
