Kids Empire is seeking a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations, ensure safety and guest satisfaction, and supervise staff. You will work closely with the Park Manager on training, scheduling, and event coordination.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to safety in a fast-paced, family-focused environment. This on-site position offers opportunities to enhance guest experiences and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Work weekends and holidays
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Good communication skills, customer service skills, and conflict resolution skills

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests promptly and greet them to create a welcoming park atmosphere.
• Supervise staff to ensure duties are performed satisfactorily and goals are met.
• Assist the Park Manager with training, development, and auditing.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment among staff.
• Audit schedules and obtain approvals from the Park Manager.
• Open and close the park using keys or a code.
• Communicate guest or employee issues to the Park Manager.
• Oversee check-in by collecting liability waivers and guest information via an iPad.
• Handle front counter transactions and process payments accurately.
• Ensure accurate POS billing and cash handling.
• Organize beverages, snacks, and ice cream inventory.
• Check snack stock and reorder via designated vendors.
• Walk the floor to enforce safety rules and guest conduct.
• Clean restrooms and sanitize park facilities.
• Schedule and coordinate family events; assist events for smooth operation.
• Perform other assigned duties.
