Job summary

Kids Empire Colorado LLC is seeking a Park Manager to supervise staff, greet guests, and resolve questions at our Northglenn park. You will manage schedules, time clocks, and employee performance while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for families and children.

The role involves hiring, training, and coordinating birthday parties and vendor requests. You will host daily operations at the front counter, process check-ins and payments, and ensure compliance with park rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read, write, and interact with guests in English.
• Leadership and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Comfort working with children and families.
• Must work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, ensure a welcoming environment, and address questions.
• Create weekly schedules and audit attendance and time clocks.
• Hire qualified employees for park positions.
• Conduct performance evaluations and park assessments.
• Train team members and supervise day-to-day operations.
• Oversee birthday party bookings and vendor orders.
• Operate the check-in process and front counter cash handling.
• Ensure park safety, cleanliness, and adherence to rules.
