Job summary

Kids Empire is seeking a Park Manager to supervise daily park operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and safety. You will manage staff performance, schedules, and guest communications, while coordinating with vendors and corporate teams to uphold high standards.

You will train team members, audit timekeeping, handle incidents, and ensure a welcoming, family-friendly environment across park activities and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Leadership and time management abilities.
• Work independently and in teams.
• Read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests quickly, greet them, and create a welcoming park atmosphere.
• Meet production goals and performance targets.
• Create weekly schedules and audit attendance and time clocks.
• Hire qualified park staff as needed.
• Document disciplinary actions and terminations when necessary.
• Conduct performance evaluations and park assessments.
• Train staff on key duties and safety standards.
• Open/close park using keys or codes and manage guest issues.
• Oversee check-in, liability waivers, and guest data collection via iPad.
• Handle cash at front counter and POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain stocked snacks and beverages; manage vendor orders.
• Coordinate birthday party bookings and event setups.
• Communicate with corporate teams and vendors.
• Monitor safety and enforce park rules; maintain clean facilities.
• Schedule family events and ensure smooth operations.
