Job summary

Kids Empire in Northglenn, CO seeks a Park Manager to supervise park staff, greet guests, resolve complaints, and ensure guest safety and satisfaction while interacting with families and children.

You will schedule staff, audit attendance, hire qualified employees, conduct evaluations, train teams, and manage events and vendor orders to maintain a safe, engaging park experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests promptly, greet them, and ensure comfort and safety.
• Create weekly staff schedules and audit attendance/timeclocks.
• Hire qualified park staff.
• Document terminations, resignations, and job abandonment as needed.
• Conduct performance evaluations and park assessments.
• Train team members on key duties.
• Open/close the park using keys or codes.
• Manage guest/employee issues and billing transactions.
• Oversee party bookings and vendor orders.
• Coordinate family events and ensure event success.
• Ensure safety and compliance with park rules.
