Job summary

Kids Empire is seeking a Park Manager to supervise staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and resolve issues at the park. You will create weekly schedules, audit attendance, hire employees, and manage events while maintaining safety standards for families and children.

Responsibilities include front desk operations, cash handling, vendor coordination, and ensuring excellent guest experiences during peak times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad with ease.
• Strong communication, customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Leadership and organizational abilities.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with solid documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and ensure a welcoming park ambiance.
• Supervise staff to meet daily production goals.
• Create weekly staff schedules and audit attendance.
• Hire qualified employees for park positions.
• Handle communications regarding guest or employee issues.
• Manage party bookings and vendor coordination.
• Ensure safety and enforce park rules and guidelines.
• Oversee check-in, billing, and cash handling at the front desk.
• Maintain clean, stocked refrigerators and snack areas.
• Collaborate with corporate teams using proper channels.
