Kids Empire Colorado LLC is seeking a Park Manager to supervise staff and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining a safe, fun environment for families. You will oversee scheduling, training, and daily park operations, including guest check-in, cash handling, and vendor coordination.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, high-energy setting with children and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad for guest check-in and data entry.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Leadership and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, ensure comfort and satisfaction in the park.
• Supervise staff performance and achieve production goals.
• Create weekly staff schedules and audit attendance and time clocks.
• Hire qualified employees for open park positions.
• Handle terminations, resignations and attendance issues.
• Conduct evaluations and park assessments for staff and safety.
• Train team members on key duties and safety procedures.
• Open/close park using keys or a code and manage safety rules.
