Job summary

Sky Zone in the United States is seeking a hands-on Team Lead to oversee daily park operations and guest experiences. You will rotate across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as Manager on Duty when needed to keep the park running smoothly.

We value leaders who coach, communicate clearly, and drive service excellence. This full-time, onsite role offers growth as you guide teams through busy shifts and guest interactions.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive operations or guest-facing experience.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail, food & beverage, entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office; quick to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as MOD when leadership isn’t on-site to ensure safety and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and support team members across departments on floor operations.
• Rotate through Programs, Café, Front Desk, Events to maintain flow.
• Lead communication of guest issues and safety concerns to management.
