Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a part-time Team Lead to manage guest experiences and lead from the floor across Sales, Parties, Events, and Food & Beverage/facilities. You will act as Manager on Duty when leaders are not onsite, coaching team members and ensuring safety, cleanliness, and smooth shift execution.

This role focuses on boosting park performance, member sales, and guest satisfaction while maintaining Sky Zone’s WOW service standards in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.
• Provide on-the-floor leadership by coaching and delegating across departments.
• Step into Programs, Café, Front Desk, and Events to maintain smooth operations.
• Drive membership and program sales and promote park offerings.
• Maintain guest interactions with Sky Zone’s WOW service standards.
