Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a hands-on Team Lead for the Operations department. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as Manager on Duty when needed to keep the park running smoothly.

This part-time on-site role requires at least 2 years in guest-facing or operations work, to coach teammates, drive guest satisfaction, ensure safety, and support park goals. Competitive hourly compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and lead a team on the floor.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present.
• Lead guest interactions and ensure service excellence.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain park readiness during shifts.
• Rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and F&B/Facilities.
