Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a hands-on Team Lead for an on-site, part-time role in Operations. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as needed to keep the park running smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities include leading on the floor, coaching team members, driving guest engagement, and ensuring consistent guest experiences across all areas. This is a growth-focused, hands-on leadership track.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring safety and guest experience.
• Provide on-the-floor leadership by coaching and delegating to team members across all departments.
• Step into any operational area (Sales, Parties, Café, Front Desk, Events) as needed for seamless guest experiences.
• Drive membership and program sales by engaging guests and promoting park offerings.
