Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead for full-time, on-site operations. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as needed to keep the park running smoothly and safely.

The role requires at least 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles, supervisory experience, and a proactive, team-first mindset. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older required.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present; ensure safety and accountability.
• Provide on-the-floor leadership; coach and delegate to Team Members across departments.
• Rotate through Programs, Café, Front Desk, Events to maintain guest experiences and flow.
• Deliver timely communication of guest issues or safety concerns to management.
• Lead in Sales & Service, participate in party/event and F&B/Facilities leadership tracks.
