Job summary

Sky Zone Team Lead is a hands-on, early‑leadership role built for high‑potential individuals ready to step up. You’ll rotate through key operational areas—Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities—gaining real responsibility and leadership experience.

When senior leaders aren’t on-site, you’ll serve as Manager on Duty, coach teammates, uphold safety standards, and drive guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Basic proficiency with technology and familiarity with POS systems; willingness to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/OM are not present and lead on-floor operations.
• Drive guest experience and membership/park offerings through proactive leadership and coaching.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure park procedures are executed consistently.
• Rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and F&B/Facilities as needed to maintain smooth operations.
